I retired from policing in January 2020 as a Chief Superintendent, having been involved at various ranks in multiple serious and complex criminal investigations. I held senior operational command roles in several policing departments.

I have a Post Graduate Diploma in Management and a Masters Degree in Business Administration. 

Over the last four years, I have managed day-to-day operations and executed the strategies of Practice To Progress. My role provides internal leadership, direction, and resilience to our team.

I work closely with our customers and their many stakeholders to establish preferred outcomes and then ensure the delivery of these agreed outcomes. I pride myself that with customers’ senior leadership teams, I convert ideas and visions into high-quality outcomes.

My experience and qualifications have developed my understanding of what skills and competencies are needed for a successful organisation,  I have a wealth of experience in staff leadership, development, and organisational change. I have with our team, delivered significant projects throughout the UK and abroad.

I relish working in my Chief Operations Officer role at Practice To Progress in what is a fast-moving, multi-disciplinary, diverse, environment that supports so many individuals and organisations to be the best they can be.
