Our experienced team of former police officers, police staff and non-service associates provide 1-to-1 practice sessions where you get to experience each exercise ahead of time, just as you would in the real thing. They then provide you with detailed feedback about areas you may need to improve on ahead of the actual promotion process.

Practice to Progress is a service delivered entirely by successful former senior police officers and staff and non-service associates (community representatives).
The P2P associate team has first-hand experience of passing promotion boards themselves as well as sitting on the other side of the table to assess others at a local and national levels.
You will benefit from their detailed constructive feedback on how you performed in your mock board interview or presentation including which areas you may need to improve on.
