I have spent the past 30 years working in a variety of different roles within policing with West Midlands, Northumbria and Leicestershire Police.
As an Assistant Chief Constable, I was fortunate enough to hold local, regional and national roles, working with both the NPCC as the national lead for intelligence and Specialities Capabilities Programme Director and the College of Policing as a Strategic Leadership Advisor and Syndicate Director on the SCC.
