James Baldwin

As Chief Information and Technology Officer, I am responsible for P2P’s product delivery and platforms. 

I have held executive leadership positions with multiple start-ups, consulting and major software development organisation s, plus senior management roles in digital agencies operating in personalisation , experience design, process automation and interactive design.

My career has spanned over a dozen countries, supporting non-profit and public service organisations in the US and Europe, including recent roles in Norway, Finland and the UK. I have supported many diverse agencies and departments covering law enforcement, military, justice and foreign service.

I have over 25 years of experience leading multinational teams and delivering global solutions. Unlike many that were forced to work remotely due to COVID-19, I have been leading 100% remote teams for almost a decade. I have a clear track record of vastly improving diversity and inclusion at all organisation s I have worked. I believe that this can only be achieved through empathetic leadership, open communication, and ongoing deliberate practice. 

My current technological areas of interest include the application of Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning to better improve human-centric processes.
