I have spent the past 21 years working in a variety of service improvement roles, including performance management and service delivery. 18 of those years were spent working across Thames Valley Police within a Basic Command Unit, the Criminal Justice Department and lastly at Force Headquarters. These were all incredibly rewarding years using information and analysis to work with colleagues to improve service provision.

For the past three years I have been working in Higher Education as a Senior Business Improvement Consultant, looking to find more effective and efficient ways of supporting students to achieve their learning ambitions.

I enjoy collaborating with others to consider ’how we can make ‘things’ better?’ I am proud to be part of the P2P team as it seeks to enable others to start off on the best footing with their career or support successful progression towards further career goals.
