For over twenty years, I have been working as an independent Executive Coach, HR and OD consultant. I have worked for a wide variety of organisations, (private, public and third sector) to bring about change and improvement by analysing the underlying factors that drive change and development at an individual, team and organisational level.
I focus my work on one-to-one executive and leadership coaching where I am recognised for my listening skills and ability to work with people to facilitate sound, evidence-based and innovative ways to address issues.
I am a Chartered Occupational Psychologist and a Fellow of the CIPD, and have extensive experience in coaching leaders, teams and facilitating action learning sets.
My work is underpinned by my knowledge of Psychology and is client-centred, linking the needs of clients and their organisations. I bring a wide selection of approaches and models to my coaching work. I am qualified and experienced in using a number of psychometrics and 360-degree feedback systems to support leadership and career coaching. My creative approaches with teams and skills in understanding team dynamics have made me the first choice coach and facilitator in several organisations.
I have been one of the executive coaches on the Strategic Command Course since 2007 and designed a number of leadership programmes for both senior police leaders and police leaders from under-represented groups.
I am committed to actively developing more inclusive workplaces, where everyone can thrive and be successful. Joining P2P provides me with an opportunity to work with interesting people, to apply Psychology effectively to their situation and to support them being the best they can be in policing.
