So much is changing in the world right now and will continue to change at a faster pace than ever before. Now is the time to think about new ways of working, new beginnings and to discover new opportunities to address the challenges we face using a creative and open mind.

The aim of my coaching is to support others in achieving a mindset for success, to help them have more of what they want in their life and less of what they don’t want. With a passion for making a difference in the world, working with P2P gives me the opportunity to support others in discovering their greatness in this rapidly changing and challenging world.

I’m an international consultant and executive coach with over 20 years of business experience.  As a business consultant, I have helped many organisation s from large blue-chip companies to start-ups to grow their business.

As a coach, I’m a qualified NLP Trainer and I’ve worked with people from all walks of life including C-level executives, board members, elite athletes, ex-military and police officers.

And as for me I’m also still being coached and I can thank my coaches for supporting me through many significant life changes: from leaving the corporate world and setting up my own business, travelling the world solo and emigrating, all the way to adopting my first child. Trust, learning, love, fun, equality, and generosity are at the heart of my values.

I use NLP as a basis for my coaching because it’s the style that has had the greatest impact on me as a coachee.
