I am a Chartered Occupational Psychologist and have worked in the area for 25 years as both an internal consultant and as an external independent consultant.
I work primarily within the broad area of change and development with individuals, teams and whole organisations. I get involved at all levels from Chief Executives and Boards to customer/client-facing staff.
Much of my work is long term, helping clients to link operational effectiveness with skills and behaviours. Recent work has included Board team development and individual coaching of Board members, team building, executive coaching, action learning set facilitation, behavioural skills workshops.
My coaching approach is engaging, responsive and insightful with a track record of impactful interventions. My structured, challenging and sensitive approach helps clients to explore how they have been successful in the past, what needs to change and how to make those changes. The building blocks include:-
