Joe Purcell

My role as Operations Manager for Practice to Progress is a varying and challenging one.

I have been with P2P for over two years, during which time I have seen us go from strength to strength. My role involves the day-to-day operations of our organisation, supporting our associates to ensure the various services that we provide run smoothly.

I am lucky enough to spend a lot of time dealing with our brilliant customers, from young recruits looking to join the police to key stakeholders in private organisations, it’s my job to make sure that we deliver an effective service and exceed expectations.
