I am a Chief Executive, Charity Trustee and advisor with organisational change & compliance specialisms who combines strategic vision with high-level operational capabilities and whose career has been marked by successful initiatives with FTSE 100 companies, government departments, NGOs and Charities. I have built my business from scratch over 30 years.

I have directed successful programmes requiring expert stakeholder management skills, commercial development and international experience. Activities with commercial and not for profit organisations have concentrated on organisational & cultural change, regulatory compliance, risk and governance as well as mentoring board members.

I am recognised by colleagues as a respected leader and mentor, I have experience at board level in the private and third sectors and with Ministers and senior civil servants in Central Government.
