Jude Helliker MA, FCIPD

I am a strategic leader in human resources and organisational development with more than 15 years at the executive director level, with an extensive background in both public and private sectors. I have worked across the UK and internationally, most recently as Director of People & Development at Police Scotland, the second largest police service in the UK with more than 23,000 employees.

I am passionate about building leadership resilience and increasing capacity and capability through effective workforce planning.

I am committed to challenging barriers and designing transformative interventions to ensure employers are inclusive. I have a proven track record managing significant employee relations negotiations with various trades unions and staff associations and delivering major change programmes.

I believe that focusing on people’s well-being can positively impact organisational performance and culture, and I have experience in the design and delivery of organisation-wide well-being programmes.

I have significant experience in equality, diversity & inclusion, talent management, mentoring, leadership development and executive team building in various organisations.

Based full-time in Scotland, I provide P2P with HR, OD and leadership consultancy.
