David Morgan QPM

I have an absolute passion for supporting and developing others in order they achieve their full potential.  I have run youth clubs, coached and mentored young people and worked with organisations such as the Prince’s Trust to provide fulfilling opportunities for young people.  The development of other people is a thread that runs through both my personal and working life.

I served in policing for 40 years in a variety roles including Neighbourhood/Community, Response, Roads, Community Safety, Learning/Professional Development, Intelligence and Research & Audit.  Through secondments to Prince’s Trust Cymru as a Team Leader, HM Inspectorate of Constabulary Fire & Rescue Services as an Inspection Officer and the College of Policing as a Professional Development Adviser I have coach and mentored many individuals. 

I currently assess students undertaking their BSc in Professional Policing but also teach, coach and mentor students.

I am a fluent Welsh speaker and hold a number of professional memberships.
