We work with organisation s across the UK to support the recruitment and progression of candidates, including those from underrepresented groups, with a mix of 1-to-1 sessions and group workshops, providing real-time practice interviews and exercises with experienced practitioners.
We can also train your associates to develop their skills and gain confidence in the assessment process whilst challenging unconscious bias.
