The national Fast Track Programme is for serving police Inspectors who want to achieve the rank of Superintendent. Each force is responsible for selecting candidates to send for national assessment at the College of Policing and attend the Fast Track National Assessment Centre.
P2P offers a step-by-step package of support to give you the best chance possible of passing the Fast Track process including 1:1 practice sessions which replicate the exercises you will face at the assessment centre.

Practice to Progress replicates five of the exercises you need to pass at the Fast Track National Assessment Centre under timed assessment conditions. Sessions are carried out online with our experienced team of associates and cover the areas listed below (click to read details).
Candidates can choose to practice just one, a combination of a few, or all of the assessment centre exercises via our online portal.

The team at P2P are all trained and accredited police associates with years of experience in policing at senior levels and non-service associates. They know what it takes to pass and what the associates will be looking for because they have helped select the talent of the future in policing.
They will put you through your paces with ‘face to face’, real-time exercises and then provide you with detailed feedback on how you performed.
Our experienced associates have written exercises that closely mirror those contained within the Fast-Track process. You will have the opportunity to complete all the exercises and receive comprehensive developmental feedback from one or two of our highly experienced associates, in a safe learning environment
