I left policing in 2012, after an 18-year career in a UK national policing organisation, where I held various leadership roles, including operations management and Learning & Development (L&D).

For the past 12 years, I have delivered L&D services, including leadership & management, and soft-skills training, as well as professional coaching and assessing, to individuals and organisations.

I have been fortunate enough to work in a dozen countries across a number of continents, which has fuelled my passion for travel and exploration, and also my desire to support others with their personal development.

One of my greatest interests is the subject of ‘emotional intelligence’ and the impact that its development may have on careers and relationships. I am a qualified emotional intelligence practitioner and associate, versed in the EQ-i 2.0 assessment tool.

As a Level 7 (Masters) executive coach, I also enjoy working with people to help them to be the best that they can, in their chosen field, assisting them in their desire to achieve their goals and to lead fulfilling and purposeful lives.

As a life-long learner, I believe that there should be no end to our learning. I feel that it’s important that we continue to develop and challenge ourselves, and to operate outside of our comfort zones as much as possible. There is no such thing as failure, only learning.

It has been my pleasure to be involved with P2P, almost since the beginning, working with and supporting individuals to move into and then develop in their chosen field.

I am committed to and grateful for being involved in working with a highly professional organisation such as P2P, that is blessed with many experienced and talented people.
